GMO experiment data for cereals from the Hunger Din. Protocols used were those in the BioRad GMO Investigator kit, and all reagents used were from that kit. DNA was extracted using Qiagen DNAeasy Plant mini kit. We ground cereals in the extraction buffer and followed directions of the kit following grinding steps. Completed September 26 to Oct 3, 2011. * indicates enhancement of bands. Bands were about as dark as marked 200 bp band in marker lane. Gel stained with Blast blue stain from BioRad.
